Senate President Godswill Akpabio has reaffirmed the National Assembly’s commitment to collaborative governance, declaring that lawmakers were "not elected to fight the Executive" but to advance national development through bipartisan cooperation. His remarks, made in a feature documentary 


marking President Bola Tinubu’s two-year anniversary, underscore a shift from political antagonism to policy-driven synergy between Nigeria’s legislative and executive arms.

  President Tinubu has arrived back in Abuja following his attendance at the Inauguration Mass of Pope Leo XIV held in Rome. The President was welcomed at the airport by Nyesom Wike, the Minister of the FCT, along with George Akume, the Secretary to the Government of the Federation, and Abdullahi Ganduje, the National Chairman of the APC.
